***Geoff Kenworthy Men’s Singles Open Tournament – Sunday 12th – Saturday18th September 2021***
Players from a number of local clubs took to the courts to celebrate the third edition of the Priory men’s singles open tournament in memory of Geoff Kenworthy. The standard of tennis was very high right from the start, with particularly good performances from several of the Priory junior players. The day ended with an unfortunate bit of rain causing the final to be interrupted and postponed to the following Saturday. When play resumed on the Saturday, Chris Czermak defeated Jack Hankey in a close match.
