We’re pleased to announce that Priory Tennis Club was highly commended in this years LTA Cheshire Club of the Year Awards. Despite not winning the award this year, we’re extremely honoured to have been considered one of the best tennis clubs amongst the hundreds of clubs in the Cheshire area.

It’s a real honour just to have been nominated and most importantly, it proves we’re on the right track. The club is growing and rapidly becoming a club with some of the best facilities in the Tameside and Cheshire area.
As we’re sure you’re aware, the club has come a very long way in the last few years, with some of the recent updates to facilities including the upgrade of the Clubhouse in 2016 and the resurfacing of all of our courts and the Kidzone court too, to name just a few.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the hard work of everyone at the club, so we’d like to take a moment to thank everyone involved at the club.
The committee and volunteers are always working on organising events, upgrading the club facilities and ensuring the day to day running of the club.
Andy Perry, Jonno Seville, Brad Denny and Gary Alexander have all been doing a fantastic job in offering tennis lessons for members and non-members, as well as providing tennis lessons in local schools.
And, of course, every member at Priory Tennis Club. Despite a very challenging year, your continued support has allowed us to keep growing and improving the club for the years to come.
